Welcome to VedicChart, an online Vedic astrology platform for generating detailed birth charts and astrological insights. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.
Use of the Service
VedicChart provides users with an online platform to generate Vedic astrology birth charts, explore planetary positions, and receive astrological interpretations based on the sidereal zodiac and traditional Jyotish principles. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
User Accounts and Registration

Pricing and Payments
- VedicChart sells one-time digital astrology reports and related digital access. Prices are displayed at checkout in the purchase currency, such as USD.
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected report or plan before access is delivered.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, including Stripe where available. VedicChart does not store your full card number or card security code on our servers.
- Prices, promotions, and discounts may change from time to time. Any promotional terms will be shown near the offer or at checkout.
- Taxes, if applicable, may be calculated and collected during checkout.
Digital Delivery and Fulfillment
Paid reports are digital products. After a successful payment, access is normally added to your VedicChart account and the report can be generated, viewed, and downloaded as a PDF from the relevant report or chart page.
Most reports are available shortly after payment once the required birth data has been submitted. Delivery time may vary if a report requires additional processing, if your payment is still being confirmed, or if there is a temporary technical issue.
If your payment succeeds but your report access is not available, or if a report cannot be generated because of a VedicChart technical issue, contact us at support@vedicastrologychart.net with your account email, order number if available, and a short description of the issue.
Refund Policy
Because VedicChart reports are digital goods delivered through account access, purchases are generally final after the report access has been granted or the report has been generated.
We may provide a refund or account credit in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same report or order.
- Your payment succeeded but the purchased report access was not delivered.
- A technical error on VedicChart prevents report generation and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time after you contact support.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
We generally do not provide refunds for:
- Incorrect birth date, birth time, birth place, or other information entered by you.
- Dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations, predictions, wording, or subjective report conclusions.
- Completed reports that have already been generated, viewed, downloaded, or delivered, except where required by law.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Refund requests should be sent to support@vedicastrologychart.net within 14 days of purchase. We review requests case by case and usually respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible, and processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Current paid report products are one-time digital purchases and do not automatically renew unless a specific subscription or recurring plan is clearly shown at checkout. One-time purchases cannot be cancelled after digital access has been delivered, but you may request a refund under the Refund Policy above.
If VedicChart offers subscriptions in the future, the subscription price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation process will be displayed before checkout. Subscription users will be able to cancel future renewals from their account billing page or by contacting support.
Returns and Shipping
VedicChart sells digital products only. We do not ship physical goods, and there is no physical return process. Digital delivery is described in the Digital Delivery and Fulfillment section above.
Payment Security
VedicChart uses HTTPS and trusted third-party payment processors to help protect payment transactions. Card payment details are handled by the payment processor, such as Stripe where available. VedicChart does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's security and compliance controls, including applicable PCI DSS requirements.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vedicastrologychart.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnification
